KMH have completed another of the hugely successful Gaming zones on behalf of DixonsCarphone, we Installed 87 x new cat5e cables for Curry’s Guildford as part the installation. These Gaming zones create immersive custom-built areas where customers can experience the latest games, monitors and consoles.
The data is being utilised to connect the Gaming PCs, Laptops, and Gaming Consoles to the “Live Gaming Wall” which enables people to watch the games in progress. The wall can also show live streaming from Twitch, or chosen videos. As part of the works, we also cabled the Gaming monitors, accessories, as well as Racing Simulators and gaming lounges for Xbox, PS4, and Nintendo.
We were working alongside UX Global & the Dixons Knowhow team who installed the equipment linking the gaming wall with the tables, and installed and set up the PCs and Laptops.
This is the 11th gaming station which we have completed so far this year, its great to see retailers push the boundaries and bring in initiatives like this.
